Risk Management

This Risk Management Policy is a component of the Financial Management Practice Manual. It outlines the risk management framework that applies to all staff employed by Tourism Queensland. The objectives of the policy are to:

• Define risk
• Detail the key categories of risk to Tourism Queensland
• Present Tourism Queensland's commitment to risk management
• Provide consequence and likelihood ratings to be used in determining the magnitude of risks
• Outline the procedures for the recording, monitoring and management of risk; and
• Ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to risk management.
