South East Queensland Country is steeped in provincial heritage and abundant natural splendour. The area is renowned for its panoramic mountain vistas, spectacular natural attractions, boutique wineries, fertile land and warm country hospitality from B&Bs.
South East Queensland Country (SEQC) is defined as the area within 200-250km ‘comfortable’ drive radius of Queensland capital Brisbane. The region is denoted for scenic relaxing country driving.
Toowoomba and Golden West and South Burnett Tourism, Southern Downs and Granite Belt Regional Tourism are the official Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) responsible for the marketing of the destination.
