Toowoomba VPS Project
This project is part of the Visitor Profile and Satisfaction (VPS) Program, developed by TRA, in conjunction with ACNielsen, which offers a standard project model for destination-based tourism research. This report profiles visitors in terms of demographics and travel behaviours, measures repeat visitation and visitor satisfaction, examines travel patterns, identifies appealing aspects of the region and pinpoints problems with infrastructure or services. The field work for this report was conducted in July 2007.
