The ATDW registration forms have been created as Microsoft Word Document Templates and can be easily downloaded and completed electronically. When saving a copy for return to TQ’s ATDW team, please use the name of your tourism product as the title of the document (eg ABC Hotel.doc) for ease of identification.
Once completed, the document can be returned electronically via email (save a copy and then email as an attachment NOT in the body of an email) or via post or fax.

Form Submission Details
Definition: Accommodation establishments allowing short term stays (eg: Apartments, Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, Caravan & Camping, Farmstays, Backpacker Hostels etc)
Definition: Places of interest open to visitors (eg: Galleries, Vineyards, Zoos, Theme Parks etc)
Definition: A tourism event is a happening that occurs in a specified timeframe (that is, has a set start and end date) which is scheduled to be either a one off, monthly, annual or other. Eligible events must be relevant to the leisure tourism market and fit into one of the following categories; exhibitions, festivals, major sporting events, and performances.
There is no cost to list events in the ATDW.

Definition: Vehicle, vessel or equipment available for temporary use. (eg: Car, Houseboat, Yacht, Jet Ski, Canoe etc)
Definition: A restaurant, café or dining establishment.
Definition: A spa and wellness business of tourism potential, that provides services including water therapies and wellbeing and lifestyle programs. (e.g. Day Spa, Resort Spa, Wellness Centre)
Definition: An organised excursion/trip usually with a guide. Can vary in duration. (eg: ½ day, overnight or extended tours)
Definition: Point to point travel. (eg: Airport/Hotel shuttle, rail, ferry, coach services etc)
