ATDW Registration Forms
The ATDW registration forms have been created as Microsoft Word Document Templates and can be easily downloaded and completed electronically. When saving a copy for return to TQ’s ATDW team, please use the name of your tourism product as the title of the document (eg ABC Hotel.doc) for ease of identification.
Once completed, the document can be returned electronically via email (save a copy and then email as an attachment NOT in the body of an email) or via post or fax.
Please select and download the appropriate form that best represents your product from the following list:
Accommodation
Definition: Accommodation establishments allowing short term stays (eg: Apartments, Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, Caravan & Camping, Farmstays, Backpacker Hostels etc)
Attraction
Definition: Places of interest open to visitors (eg: Galleries, Vineyards, Zoos, Theme Parks etc)
Event
Definition: An organised occurrence/activity that is scheduled, be it a one off, monthly, annual or other. (eg: Festivals, Performances, Exhibitions, Major sporting events etc) Please Note: only events of tourism potential are eligible to be listed in the ATDW.

Hire
Definition: Vehicle, vessel or equipment available for temporary use. (eg: Car, Houseboat, Yacht, Jet Ski, Canoe etc)
Restaurant
Definition: A restaurant, café or dining establishment.
Spa and wellness
Definition: A spa and wellness business of tourism potential, that provides services including water therapies and wellbeing and lifestyle programs. (e.g. Day Spa, Resort Spa, Wellness Centre)
Tour
Definition: An organised excursion/trip usually with a guide. Can vary in duration. (eg: ½ day, overnight or extended tours)
Transport
Definition: Point to point travel. (eg: Airport/Hotel shuttle, rail, ferry, coach services etc)
