Tourism Queensland continually looks at ways to improve and enhance our online offerings to our consumers. One tool we use to gauge customer satisfaction and feedback on the Queensland Holidays website is through our customer satisfaction survey.
Surveys are either placed on the Queensland Holidays website or emailed to consumers on our database. The results of the latest survey conducted in April - May 2009 are listed in the report below.
Customer Satisfaction Survey Results: April - May 2009
One of the main objectives of the April - May 2009 survey was to monitor response times to email enquiries and satisfaction levels of consumers with regard to the quality, usefulness and professionalism of the responses.
The results from each of the surveys conducted are analysed by the TQ Digital department and used to improve our websites and services to our consumers.
