Who should attend?
All segments of the Queensland tourism industry, including tourism operators, industry associations and local councils, are invited to attend the workshops being held in their region. The workshops will be of interest to all regions and sectors of the tourism industry, particularly those involved in business planning & operations.
Outcomes
At the completion of the workshop, you should have:
- Information on how climate is likely to change, and the possible impacts on your business and your tourism region
- Through discussions with other members of your local tourism industry, you will have identified some impacts of climate change and actions that you can take to adapt
- Practical examples of adaptation measures you can use in your business
- Information on how to do further risk assessment in your business or region
