October 2008 domestic capacity reports

Report Highlights:

  • Compared to October 2007, domestic seat capacity into Queensland grew 10%
  • Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and the Sunshine Coast airports saw the most significant growth in domestic/regional air capacity, (comparing October 2007 and October 2008)
  • Several Queensland airports also experienced declines in weekly inbound seat capacity, in particular Hamilton Island, the Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) and Bundaberg
