Remember this is a process of change management, so it requires your team to be informed, focused and committed to making a change. It may require staff to do things and see things differently so you will need to explain why. Once you have reduced as much as you can, you may wish to consider offsetting remaining emissions. Carbon Offsets are simply credits for emissions produced. The credits are created through activities such as tree planting or energy efficient projects. By purchasing these credits you can apply them to your own emissions and reduce you net impact on the environment.
