To protect the quality and integrity of the brand for users and to maintain a consistent approach to brand usage, the use of the Capricorn Highway branding elements is limited to operators and businesses associated with or located on the Capricorn Highway.

The logo and positioning line may only be used for promotion of the Capricorn Highway as it relates to their business or operation. These conditions are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of the Capricorn Highway Steering Committee.
