Ecotourism - Operator Best Practice

Tourism Queensland are working with industry on a number of best practice initiatives. 'The Cutting Edge' series profiles living examples of Queensland operator best practice, whilst 'Eco Warrior' profiles individual champions working within the Ecotourism industry in Queensland.

Tour Operators Initiative for Sustainable Tourism Development

The Tour Operators Initiative (TOI) have compiled over 30 case studies demonstrating actions taken by tour operators around the world to protect the environmental and cultural resources upon which their business depends.
