Wendy Hall Achievement Award
- Nominations will be accepted from a member of the tourism industry for any TQ staff member
- New employees must have completed probation (3 months from start date) to be eligible to be nominated
- The 2008 nominations will be based on criteria displayed from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008
The Criteria:
This category rewards the professional achievement of a current Tourism Queensland employee, who has made a significant contribution to the Queensland tourism industry, and where:
- The magnitude and significance of the individual's contribution has achieved positive results that have impacted Tourism Queensland, industry, government and/or community.
- Has used their resources effectively to achieve or exceed their goals.
- Has attributed their knowledge, skills and service to the Queensland tourism industry over and above their position description.
- Has provided exceptional personal and professional commitment and
- Through their participation, has influenced Tourism Queensland and the Queensland tourism industry with long-term benefits.
