A. Generally, a Certificate IV in
Travel and Tourism is the minimal certification required, however some
companies will require a Diploma. Some employers offer Traineeships
where you are able to study in conjunction with work. For more specific

A. This depends on the role you
are applying for. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-4 years work
experience in the same or similar role. Formal qualifications can be an
advantage however proven working experience in the role is essential.
