Reward and recognition objectives at Tourism Queensland are addressed via a range of initiatives including performance based salary reviews, awards for excellence, length of service recognition as well as informal individual and team recognition and reward mechanisms.
Promoting a Great Place to Work
In 2006, a new initiative called Healthy, Wealthy and Wise @ TQ was introduced to recognise and reward our staffs’ contributions. The new program provides our people with access to information on a whole range of benefits for the body and mind. The objectives of this program are to provide a range of optional benefits to our people, increasing their job satisfaction, work/life balance and health in general.
