Campaign Tracking

Tourism Queensland Compulsory Cooperative Advertising Response Form

In 2010/11 Tourism Queensland will have a strong focus on retail and tactical initiatives. Whilst the return on investment from wholesale/retail campaigns is clearly identified through agent bookings, the success of tactical campaigns with a direct call to action relies on individual businesses tracking results.

As the Queensland Government (via Tourism Queensland) is investing heavily in cooperative marketing campaigns allowing a direct call to action to your business, it is now a requirement of campaign participation that you provide feedback on enquiries and bookings.

All information will remain confidential and summarised campaign results will be used as an indicator of campaign performance, and assist in future planning. Campaign learnings will also be distributed to participating operators.

The following forms will be provided to campaign participants by Coroneo and Co,Tourism Queensland’s official advertising sales agency, at the time of booking:

  • Daily Tracking Form (a tool you may choose to complete to keep a record of bookings - not a requirement)
  • Summary Results Form (must be returned - this form will also be provided as an online link via Coroneo and Co prior to your advertising placement)

Completed forms will be collected at the end of the specified campaign period as advised by Coroneo and Co. Please note that if you fail to report back on your enquiries and/or bookings, it may lead to your business being excluded from partnering in future advertising campaigns.

If you have any questions in relation to completing the forms please contact Tony Broadhurst at Coroneo and Co, on 07 3252 4860.

Please see below an example of the tracking forms.
