Queensland’s tourism industry is getting ready for a bumper summer holiday season, following the launch of the next phase in Tourism Queensland’s Queensland Pledge campaign, which aims to unite the state’s tourism industry, showcase the Queensland spirit, and encourage operators to ramp up service levels.
The Queensland Pledge is a grass-roots initiative that can be used by the largest hotel, the smallest B&B, a family-run tour company, a retailer or a restaurant.
The Queensland Pledge is open to all tourism operators across Queensland. This is a pledge from the Queensland tourism industry, both organisations and individuals, to visitors to Queensland.
Pledging their commitment to Queensland’s tourism industry and providing outstanding customer service has made the team from Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park $10,000 richer.
